1-Year LIMITED WARRANTY Warranty Time Period: S&P Ferguson’s, Inc. warrants solely to the original purchaser of this electric guitar to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a limited period of (1) year from the date of the original retail purchase for as long as the instrument is owned by the original purchaser subject to limitation set forth herein “Limited Warranty”. The Limited Warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser when purchased from an Authorized S&P Ferguson’s, Inc. Retailer and is subject to the limitation set forth herein. Please return your completed warranty card within 15 days of purchase to ensure owner registration of your instrument If at any time this instrument malfunctions as a result of faulty materials or workmanship, S&P Ferguson’s, Inc. will repair the defects or replace the instrument, if S&P Ferguson’s, Inc. determine appropriate in its sole discretion. S&P Ferguson’s, Inc. reserves the right to use different material in the event that the original material is no longer available. If replacement of the product is deem necessary by our staff, S&P Ferguson’s, Inc. will replace the product with one of the same style or similar style, and of a value not to exceed the original purchase price of the product. This Limited Warranty does not cover: 1. Normal wear and tear 2. Wear and tear to Frets, wear and tear of saddle, wear and tear of nuts and strings. 3. Normal wear and tear or breakage of any part of the guitar. 4. Normal wear and tear on any part of the instrument including controls, jacks, switches, plated surface, tuning machines, pickguards or finish. 5. Any non-factory installed electrical and/or electronic components 6. Any non-factory installed tuning hardware 7. Damage or defects due to alteration, misuse and abuse. 8. Any damage from accessories such as straps, stands, hangers, cases, etc. 9. Damages to finishes, cracks, warping of wood, splitting caused by exposure to sunlight, moisture, body salts, temperature, humidity, fire, body moisture, synthetic materials or any other chemicals or polishes. 10. Any instrument whose serial number is missing altered or tampered with in any fashion. 11. Defects or damage to the instrument which has had work performed on it by, or has been otherwise repaired or modified by a non-approved technician or repair person. 12. Any damage and deterioration due to normal usage, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, wear and tear and acts of nature. 13. Plating on metal parts 14. Accidental or intentional damage, or damage in shipping . Limitation: This warranty does not apply when failure is due to shipping damage, accident, alteration modification, unauthorized service, misuse, abuse, and use with incompatible accessories, attachments, or acts of nature. This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty of S&P Ferguson’s, Inc. with regards to this product only and is given in Lieu of all other warranties express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby expressly limited in duration to the duration of this written warranty. S&P Ferguson’s, Inc. assumes no liability for property damage resulting from failure of this product or, any loss of income, or business or damages resulting from use or performance of this product, or damages arising from the loss of use of same due to defects or availability or same during service. How to obtain warranty service. To obtain warranty service the instrument must be returned to S&P Ferguson’s, Inc. A Return authorization number must be obtained from S&P Ferguson, Inc. prior to any return. All transportation, insurance and freight charges associated with warranty service and repairs are the responsibility of the purchaser. The Owner must ship the instrument, freight and insurance pre-paid, and must have the Return authorization number written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return shipping carton, or the return will be refused. Also, a copy of the sales receipt establishing proof, date and time of the purchase must be sent along with the instrument, and a written description of the malfunction and/or problem of the instrument. S&P Ferguson’s, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages suffered by the purchaser or any third party and assumes no liability for property damage resulting from failure of this product nor any loss of income, or damages arising from the loss or use of same due to defects or availability of same during service. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty last or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. No representative or other person is authorized to assume for S&P Ferguson’s, Inc. any liability except as stated in this warranty.
